At VyapAI, we build and architect production-grade AI systems with an offline-first and self-hosted philosophy. Because our core assets (including EnginAIr, AmicusAI, Ortho-Match, and VDR Analyzer) run locally on your own enterprise hardware or private cloud, your sensitive data remains entirely under your sovereignty. We do not ingest, store, or monitor your production data.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect limited information through our website to provide and improve our presentation and scheduling services:

  • Contact and Meeting Information: If you book a technical walkthrough or demo via our scheduling links (e.g. Calendly) or send us an inquiry, we collect your name, organization, email address, and any details you choose to share.
  • Website Performance and Usage Data: We use privacy-preserving analytics (including Microsoft Clarity) to record user interactions, screen views, and clicks to optimize our user experience. This metadata does not identify you personally and is not linked to any production deployment.
