1. What we collect

VyapAI builds custom applications, AI features and workflow tools for clients. Through this website we collect only what you choose to share and what helps the site work:

  • Project enquiries: when you send an email or complete a booking via Calendly, we receive the information you choose to share. The project brief builder runs in your browser; generating, editing, copying or downloading a brief does not send its text to us. Use sample or anonymized descriptions rather than sensitive records.
  • Analytics: with your consent via the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate traffic and improve the site. No analytics load until you accept. Optional events measure actions such as brief creation, downloads and booking clicks; they do not include your brief text or email body. Advertising storage and personalization remain disabled.

2. How we use it

  • Respond to your enquiry and discuss a suitable project scope.
  • Improve the website based on aggregate usage patterns.

We do not sell personal information. Where client work begins, data handling, storage locations and access are agreed in writing for that project before any real data changes hands.

3. Retention

Enquiry emails and messages are kept only as long as needed for the conversation and any resulting project, or as required by law. Analytics data is retained according to the analytics providers' own settings.

4. Your choices and rights

Use Cookie settings on the homepage to change your analytics choice. Withdrawing acceptance removes accessible analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop previously loaded trackers. Your choice is stored in local storage in this browser. Clearing site data resets it. Google Analytics and Clarity retention is configured in their respective account settings.

You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of the personal information you shared with us. Write to the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
